Craft and Sip with LARAC

Join LARAC at Mean Max Brew Works on Tuesday, September 17th for a fun evening of crafts and brews! If you’re an artist or just a craft junkie, this event is for you. Bring a friend, grab a drink or two, and let your inner artist shine!

LARAC will supply craft supplies for an array of different, yet simple, projects, and Mean Max will supply the beer. This event is free to attend, but donations are always accepted.

Drop Off Dates for Annual Juried Show: The Process

Date/Time: 9/21/2019 - 9/26/2019


For LARAC’s Annual Juried Art Show.
All forms of multimedia, painting, photography, video, sculpture, etc. that follow the theme “the process” are welcome. There is no limit to the number of pieces you can submit.

MEMBERS: $10 for your first (3) pieces submitted, $5 for any additional piece submitted.
NON-MEMBERS: $15 for your first (3) pieces submitted, $5 for any additional piece submitted.

Drop Off Dates: Sat. Sept. 21 & Mon. Sept. 23– Thurs. Sept. 26 from 10a-3p, with extended hours until 6pm on Thursday.

Show Dates: Oct. 4- Nov. 6.

Opening Reception: Friday October 4, 2019 from 5-7pm

Business of Art Summit

Business of Art Summit

Date/Time: 10/5/2019 (9am - 4pm)

The Art of Business Summit, a full day of professional development for artists and arts organizations.
The event will be held on Saturday, October 5th from 9am-4pm at LARAC and using the Wood Theater.

The Summit will be facilitated by Gail Hamel. Two break away sessions will be presented by Beth Moeller on “Your Business in the Digital World” and Kate Austin- Avon on “Branding Your Business”.  Everyone will meet together for a discussion in the morning and then break into two groups to allow for more personal attention in each session.

$20 per person.
$5 off for LARAC members
