Seasons of Change

Following on the success of the Adirondack Ballet Theater’s sold out performances of “The Nutcracker”, and it’s most recent sold out performance of “The Wizard of Oz”. The Dance Center of Queensbury, Official School of the Adirondack Ballet Theater, presents “Seasons of Change” at the Charles R. Wood Theater, on Saturday June 2, 2018 at 1:30 and 6pm and Sunday June 3, 2017 at 1:00pm. All proceeds benefit the Adirondack Ballet Theater, not for profit children’s dance company. From our Lovely Ladybugs to our traditional Chorus Line finale, each moment of “Seasons of Change” promises an enjoyable experience for all ages. Let us dance in the springtime air, summer sun, falling leaves and cold winter nights. As the seasons of the year change, each dancer grows in technique and knowledge. Please join us in a celebration of their achievements. This showcase of talent includes an array of dance technique by students of all ages, premiering award winning competition dances performed this past season.

ARTSPACE Art Exhibit

ARTSPACE is presenting an exciting new art exhibit featuring four local artists; Hannah Williams, Rob Harriman, Olie Quilop-Locke and Maureen Temple. The exhibit primarily is portraiture, including celebrities that are ever-so-fitting for the Hudson River Music Hall. The reception is Friday, May 25th @ 5:00pm and will include gallery talks by the artists, free food, incredible art and live music by the incredibly talented up and coming Sam Reid. Opening Reception for Upcoming “On Perception” Exhibit, featuring Zorica Langa, Seth Butler, and Matthew Bartik, on Friday, June 8th 2018

SALEM, NY — May 4, 2018 / — Zorica Langa, Seth Butler, and Matthew Bartik have been chosen for a group exhibition entitled “On Perception” at the Historic Salem Courthouse Comunity Center in Salem, NY. The exhibit will be on display in the center’s Great Hall from June 1st – July 10th. The public is invited to a free opening reception with the artists on Friday, June 8th from 5 – 8 p.m.
