The Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 arts service organization, founded in 1972, which serves Warren, Washington, and northern Saratoga Counties. LARAC’s mission is to lead in the improvement of the quality of life in the lower Adirondack region by supporting arts and culture. Its goal is to coordinate, develop, sponsor, improve, encourage, and provide arts-related activities in the above-defined region.
