ARTS INITIATIVE Organizational Grants

This grant program is made possible through funding from the
New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Program
Supplemental funding provided by Warren County
Administered by the Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council
 
LARAC Organizational Project Grants are
  • open to not-for-profit organizations and municipalities based in Warren or Washington County
  • programs must be arts, cultural, or historical in nature
  • programs must be open to the public
  • limited to a maximum of three requests totaling no more than $5000, with a minimum request of $300
  • applicant must provide a minimum 20% match in revenue compared to the request

  • eligibility, policy, and public credit clarification
  • changes in the 2011 application form
  • tips to creating strong applications
  • discussion of the review process
  • clarification on the types of projects allowed
  • time for questions and answers
