Adirondack Touring Theatre, based in Fort Ann, with a studio in the Troy Factory Building, Glens Falls, began its life early in 2005.  Artistic Director, Eric Potter, and Education Director, Colleen Doyle, have founded ATT with an emphasis on teaching, offering workshops to all ages--youth, teens and adults.  Samples of their workshops include:  Youth Classes:  Introduction to Theatre, Theatre Arts, Performance Theatre, Advanced Performance Theatre; Teen Classes:  Acting 101, Acting 102, Technical Theatre, Stage Management, Technical Theatre; Specialty Classes: Audition Workshop, Mask Making; Adult Classes:  Acting: Level One, Acting: Level Two

Another mission of their company is to bring active theater participation into the schools, with programs such as "Whose Class is it Anyway" where improvisational theater is introduced.  In addition, ATT will present productions that will be available to tour throughout the region at local facilities.
